We are looking for a Branch Manager (National Commercial Programs Team) to join BrokerLink and work out of one of our offices in Alberta, Ontario, or the Atlantic region on a Permanent FT Basis.

What the Role Entails:

• Oversee the programs under their team
• Responsible for monitoring and creating workflows for each program
• Creating and coaching underwriting guidelines
• Responsible for relationship management with brokers, Associations and clients as needed
• Participates in reviews with Insurance companies, with overview on program performances
• Monitoring of the online website, sales, and marketing
• Overall care for the team, regular one on ones.

The Successful candidate will have:

• Leadership and management experience in insurance brokerage operations.
• Experience leading in a hybrid environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong team player and collaborator.
• College or university degree in related area or commensurate work experience.
• Management of projects or initiatives outside of daily areas of responsibilities with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; develops optimal solutions that maximize organizational performance.
