As the Business Systems Analyst you will liaise between the team and business stakeholders for functionality enhancements and new developments. You will be a part of an exciting team responsible for translating concepts and requirements into client focused and effective system-based solutions. You will participate in moderately complex and diverse initiatives, formulating and defining system scope and objectives based on both user needs and an understanding of the applicable business applications.
How You Will Create Impact
- Participating in the preparation of business case and project planning by gathering required information and functional specifications, while working with the team and Business stakeholders.
- Engaging project stakeholders to collect, document, and validate detailed analysis of business functions, rules and processes required for moderately complex projects.
- Providing analysis and specifications for required data and system integrations.
- Performing review to develop the user acceptance test plan, strategies and may act as the overall test lead for small to medium initiatives.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) practice through research, piloting new techniques, streamlining testing and establishing more efficient processes.
To Join Our Team
- You have three years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
- You have completed post-secondary education in Information Technology or a related discipline.
