We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to assist in supporting and facilitating the day-to-day leadership, management, and administration of one of British Columbia’s best-kept secrets.
The ideal candidate for this year-round, hands-on position will possess:
Minimum of five years’ management experience with demonstrated leadership and coaching skills in the resort and hospitality industry. Candidates with experience in Alpine area operations and/or BC Parks’ contract operations will be given preference A diploma, degree or equivalent experience in the areas of Tourism & Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related field is an asset Ability to cultivate strong and effective relationships with staff, local businesses and stakeholders Proven financial acumen in budget and capital management Engaging interpersonal and communication skills Business development and supportive mindset Oversee resort operations in the absence of the General Manager Valid and current documents to work in Canada
