Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA/BCBA) | Founding Clinical Team | Autism Innovation Clinic
Location: Oakville, Burlington & Milton, ON
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Compensation: CAD $55–75/hour (or approximately $95K–$130K annually for full-time, depending on experience)
Current Ontario compensation varies, but experienced clinic-based RBAs commonly fall within this range, while some employers advertise higher compensation for specialized or relocation roles.
About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Registered Behaviour Analyst to help build one of Ontario's most innovative autism clinics. You'll lead clinical excellence while helping shape the future of AI-assisted autism care.
Responsibilities
Conduct behavioural assessments. Develop individualized ABA treatment plans. Supervise therapists and provide clinical mentorship. Monitor client progress and adjust programming. Train caregivers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Support quality assurance and clinical outcomes. Help validate next-generation AI tools designed to improve autism therapy.
Qualifications
Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario (or eligible). BCBA certification considered an asset. Experience supervising ABA therapists. Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for innovation and evidence-based care.
