Job Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting customers through various channels. This role plays a key part in building customer trust, loyalty, and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or service issues efficiently Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates as required Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems Follow company service standards, scripts, and quality guidelines Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback with the team Required Skills and Qualifications Bilingual in French and English High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Customer‑focused mindset with a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail support Experience handling high‑volume customer interactions Knowledge of the company’s industry or products Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
