Our New Full Stack Developer

What you will do in the role:
- Design, develop, and maintain WinForms applications using DevExpress UI components.
- Build and enhance WPF applications with MVVM/XAML
- Develop and maintain console applications for automation, background processing, and system tasks.
- Implement and support ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core web applications and APIs (SOAP/XML and REST/JSON).
- Participate in the entire SDLC: requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Take ownership of features and bug fixes from concept to release, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Track and manage tasks using Jira and maintain technical documentation in Confluence.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support team knowledge sharing.
- Use Git/Bitbucket for version control and collaborative development.
- Perform self-testing, debugging, and validation to ensure stability and reliability (no dedicated QA team)
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
- Contribute to team building and collaboration, fostering a positive and supportive work culture.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 5–7 years of proven, hands-on experience across the following technologies: C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, WinForms, WPF (MVVM/XAML), DevExpress UI components, console applications, and ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core
- Proficiency in Visual Studio as the main IDE
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, schema design, optimization)
- Integration experience with SOAP/XML and REST/JSON web services
- Version control experience with Git/Bitbucket
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services is an asset
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Clear Background Checks – Criminal (required)
This position is located at 6635 Ordan Drive in Mississauga, ON. Hours are typically 8:00am to 4:30pm.
This is a Full-time, Salary position.
