**Work Schedule:**Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 3:00pm, Schedule is subject to change to support INNIO’s build demands, including weekend OT work could be asked to support project timelines.

The salary range for this position is**$54,000 - $66,000**, which will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualification

This position supports general inspections and addresses facility-related issues and concerns. It plays a key role in assisting with facility and project tasks, utilizing strong soft skills, and supporting our skilled trades with general duties. Additionally, the role will assist our Fluid Care Technician with machinery cleaning as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • General attributes include ability to change out faucets, minor repairs, painting, drywall and carpet repairs troubleshooting of building related equipment.
  • General building upkeep, Exterior cleaning, to include floor cleanups, snow clearing at facility entrances, including distribution of salt.
  • Having various basic knowledge and risk awareness in plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry without needing a specialized trades license.
  • Ability to have good general computer skills Microsoft Office also for internal updates within the CMMS (Fiix) W/O system and communications.
  • General inspections of Facility related issues and concerns.
  • Assist skilled Trades with Project support as required

Qualifications/Requirements

  • OSSD High School Diploma, Any other skilled certifications.
  • General knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft computer skills.
  • Tow motor license or ability to acquire.
  • Boom and scissor lift certification or ability to acquire.

  • Works will be cross functional teams when supporting team build projects.
  • Communication skills when providing escorts with vendors.
