What You’ll Be Doing

  • Practice to full NP scope in a primary care setting
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage urgent, acute, and chronic illnesses
  • Order and interpret diagnostic and screening tests
  • Perform procedures and treatments as needed
  • Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions
  • Provide preventative health advice and counselling
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Manage client reports and perform necessary administrative tasks

What You Bring

  • Registered Nurse (CARNA) with an approved NP program completed
  • Master of Nursing with advanced clinical focus for all ages
  • Full IFM or A4M qualification
  • BCLS-HCP, AED, and Venipuncture certification
  • Additional advanced clinical certifications are an asset (e.g., Emergency Nursing, PALS, ACLS)
  • Experience in broad assessment, treatment, and health promotion
  • EMR proficiency and strong computer literacy
  • Passion for primary care, including acute, chronic, and preventative health
  • Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and a patient-first approach

The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
