Vital Path Addictions Clinic , a busy, well-managed clinic with the goal to provide wrap-around medical support for people in treatment and post-treatment. The clinic currently has 3 addiction physicians on staff and is looking to grow their team. Join their dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoy the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals.
The Clinic Offers
- 1 exam room
- Open offices on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Our clinic specializes in addiction treatment, mental health, and recovery, as well as other related services. The patients are in the treatment center, sober living or alumni of the treatment program. We have over 400 beds in population – not everyone needs to see the doctor, but we need someone on site to help with the general needs of those who have exited the cycle of addiction to a better life.
Allied Health: We have 3 MOAs, 2 NP, 1 RN and 1 psychotherapist. We also have access to elders.
Parking/Bike/Transit information: Easily accessible by transit and parking.
Hours: The clinic is subject to doctors’ hours. We prefer 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
