As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operation centres, call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.
Schedule- Sat/Sun 0000-1200
Location- N9C 0B9
Training pay rate- $19/h

Responsibilities for Surveillance Security Guard
- Communicate clearly via radio, plant radio, and phone system
- Monitor fire alarm system and investigate alarms
- Manage rail movement on site and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Create customs invoices for trucks crossing the border
- Monitor clearance updates for products and trucking companies
- Record, prioritize, and follow shipment schedules
- Record all persons entering and leaving the property
- Handle a high volume of truck traffic
- Create bills and invoices for shipments
Qualifications for Surveillance Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid security license
- First aid certification required
- Capability to manage high truck traffic volumes
- Proficient in Excel and other computer programs
- Strong organizational skills to record and prioritize shipments
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
