Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources functions within our organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including IT technical recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation and coordination with different parties across different delivery centers. Our goal will be to ensure that our organization attracts, develops, and retains a skilled and motivated workforce, while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

 

Responsibilites:

Technical Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT technical roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and extending offers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, headhunting etc.).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
  • Conduct initial technical assessments and liaise with technical teams to evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinating with interview panel to schedule interviews, gather feedbacks and updating respective portals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
  • Assist hiring managers with onboarding new hires, including paperwork, system setup, and orientation scheduling.

HR :

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Address employee concerns, complaints, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Maintain employee records, leave records and HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Assist in managing employee disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and assist in developing training programs.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide support in payroll management.

Coordination :

  • Coordinate between different delivery centers of INFOYA across countries to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among various teams and departments

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of Proven experience in HR role, which includes IT technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment, having insights about hiring in North America market.
  • Proven expertise and in depth knowledge required in hiring IT technical roles like Java Developers, Angular Developers, SAP Consultants, Quality Engineers, Scrum Master etc
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, headhunting,
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Proficiency in HR softwares like Zoho and in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility to work in different EST shifts to coordinate with other delivery centers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
