Accountabilities

Own the end-to-end health and success of client engagements, ensuring projects deliver measurable business value from discovery through completion. Lead structured discovery processes to understand client goals, challenges, constraints, and success metrics. Identify the highest-impact opportunities by challenging assumptions, clarifying objectives, and distinguishing true business needs from surface-level requests. Translate complex business challenges into clear technical problem statements, solution paths, and measurable outcomes. Serve as the primary partner for senior client stakeholders, building trust, managing expectations, and navigating strategic trade-offs. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with client objectives. Establish priorities, maintain scope clarity, proactively manage risks, and ensure teams remain focused on delivering outcomes. Hold delivery teams accountable for business results rather than simply tracking activities or milestones. Create effective communication rhythms between clients and internal teams to maintain alignment throughout engagements. Maintain clear documentation connecting delivery milestones, business objectives, and measurable impact. Monitor engagement health, including scope, budget, margins, risks, and overall client satisfaction. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery processes and client experiences. Ensure completed projects demonstrate validated business impact and meaningful improvements for clients.

Requirements

7–10 years of experience in consulting, product leadership, delivery management, or similar outcome-focused environments. Strong hands-on understanding of software development, with the ability to evaluate complex systems, architecture decisions, and implementation trade-offs. Proven experience managing client engagements where measurable business outcomes were the primary success criteria. Demonstrated ability to lead discovery initiatives and transform ambiguous business challenges into structured execution plans. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and build trusted partnerships. Comfortable managing difficult conversations around scope, feasibility, priorities, and trade-offs. Ability to align technical teams and business stakeholders around shared objectives and success metrics. Experience delivering AI, data, automation, or technology modernization initiatives strongly preferred. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand customer needs, business contexts, and technical constraints. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clarity across complex projects and diverse teams. Strong ownership mindset with a focus on accountability, continuous improvement, and delivering meaningful results. Ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
