Operations Administrator Combermere, ON Full Time, On-site

SUMMARY
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the Operations Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with receiving and administration coordination using JDEdwards and Agility.
Expected Contributions:
- Be the on-site expert user of the Receiving process in JDE and Agility.
- Receive lumber deliveries as they arrive in the Agility system and then confirm the receipts in the JDE system.
- Assist, when needed, with data entry of production costs and shipping confirmations in JDE.
- Review inbound documents to confirm order accuracy.
- Assist with other duties as required.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Lumber manufacturing or lumber yard experience an asset
- Minimum two years’ related experience an asset
- Knowledge of inventory administration, and shipping and receiving in a computerized system
- Able to communicate effectively with internal staff and work in a team-focused environment
- Excellent organizational skills and an aptitude for planning
- Aptitude for details and solid math skills
- Proficient with Excel, JDE, Agility.

HOURS OF WORK
- Typically, Monday through Friday
- 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (Monday-Thursday), 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Friday)
