This is a full time - Temporary position

##Job Description:

  • Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of the equipment sales process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation from initial quote to final delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales representatives, internal departments, and external partners such as Caterpillar, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination.
  • Track and follow up on warranty registrations, financing approvals, and invoicing to support a smooth post-sale experience for customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer account records, ensuring data integrity across internal systems.
  • Support internal teams by preparing reports, tracking sales metrics, and assisting with inventory and order management.
  • Identify and resolve administrative or process-related issues that may impact customer satisfaction or sales efficiency.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline sales administration processes and enhance customer service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a related administrative or sales support role.
  • Previous invoicing experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with internal systems such as M3.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
