Job Description
As a Director of Data Engineering, you will lead a team of data engineers to design and implement data solutions that support the organization's analytics and reporting needs. You will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities:
- Leading the data engineering team in the development of data pipelines and data architecture.
- Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements.
- Ensuring data quality and integrity across all data solutions.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and communicating project status.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data engineering and data architecture.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
