About the role
The Senior Marketing Specialist will lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies that support Q-Line’s Business Development team across key industries, including mining, agriculture, construction, energy, and infrastructure.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who can think strategically, create strong content, support lead generation, and help build the tools, processes, and campaigns needed to support growth.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business development priorities and target industries.

Create and oversee marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, sales decks, proposal templates, and customer-facing collateral.

Build and maintain a central library of marketing resources, templates, and brand materials.

Lead story gathering across the organization, working with operations, drivers, leadership, and customer-facing teams.

Partner with Business Development leadership and the Brand Manager to support thought leadership, LinkedIn content, and industry-specific messaging.

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, LinkedIn, account-based marketing, and targeted outbound initiatives.

Support inbound lead tracking, reporting, and insights to help inform business development decisions.

Develop marketing campaigns that support driver recruitment and employer brand initiatives.

Lead trade show and event strategy, including event planning, booth materials, logistics, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-up.

Track campaign and event performance, including lead activity, conversion, and return on investment.

Assess current marketing tools and processes and help build scalable systems to support future growth.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members as the function grows.

5+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, or a related field.

Experience building or improving marketing processes, campaigns, or functions within an organization.

Strong understanding of digital campaigns, including email, social media, LinkedIn, and account-based marketing.

Strong content development and copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex services into clear, compelling messaging.

Experience with event and trade show planning, including lead follow-up and performance tracking.

Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Confidence working cross-functionally with business development, operations, leadership, and external partners.

A practical, proactive approach with the ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution.

Experience in transportation, logistics, industrial services, or B2B sectors is considered an asset.
