Print Services Clerk
The Print Services Clerk (PSC) is a dedicated and proactive print professional that blends customer account management with exceptional print service delivery. This position is responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring the timely and successful execution of print services as outlined in our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The PSC will serve as a trusted print advisor to key stakeholders and respond professionally to inquiries.
Reporting Relationships
Upward: Site Manager
Direct Reports: N/A
Responsibilities:
Onsite Print Services Coordination
- Check inboxes (Outlook and Teams) and answer client emails regularly throughout the day
- Attend meetings for Print Services regularly
- Provide assistance to all clients face to face, over the phone and through email
- Check Online ordering portal regularly throughout the day for quick order turnaround
- Produce job tickets when orders are placed through online portal, emails or walk-ins
- Send orders to Print Coordinator for production in Calgary or Edmonton if needed
- In-House Print & Scanning Production:
- Printing orders with a variety of paper stock options
- Prep and scan original documents from file folders, binders, or other. Reinstate the original documents when complete.
- Cutting on the bulk-cut guillotine for cards/certificates, full-bleed signage, etc.
- Trimming on the slice trimmer for lamination, single sheets, small orders, etc.
- Drilling for single/precise hole placements
- Coiling with the magna-punch & spiral machines
- Folding – by hand or machine folder
- Padding – NCR fan-apart & loose set pads
- Sort and Quality Check all incoming print orders
- Packaging, Shipping & Contacting Clients when orders are completed
- Update the team Print Order Tracking sheet to keep track of what is leaving site
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years experience in a customer service role.
- 2+ years digital print experience.
- Onsite experience is considered an asset.
Requirements
- Pre- Employment Alcohol & drug testing is required
- Random Alcohol & Drug testing is also conducted at this location
- Criminal background check is required
- Must have a valid class 5 drivers license
- Must able to lift up to 50lbs
