We bring together data, reporting, and business insight to create a connected analytics function that supports stakeholders across the organization. Our work includes customer reporting, KPI development, data transformation, and performance insights, all designed to improve accuracy, consistency, and decision making.

This is a hybrid role, offering a balance of remote work and in person collaboration.

Who You Will Work With

You will collaborate closely with teams across Operations, Account Management, Finance, and Business Analytics. Together, you will build trusted reporting and insights that support key business decisions and customer outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving customer reporting and data analysis.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Generating, maintaining, and delivering detailed customer reports by analyzing and interpreting complex datasets
  • Working with multiple data sources and combining datasets to build comprehensive reporting views
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, tools, and efficiency
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
  • Maintaining documentation of data processes, methodologies, and reporting standards
  • Tracking reporting requirements and deadlines
  • Developing a strong understanding of customer metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency in reporting and definitions
  • Supporting data quality, privacy, and confidentiality standards across all reporting

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, analytics, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2 or more years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas
  • Experience with macros to automate reporting processes
  • Experience using Power Query or similar data transformation tools
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and working with large datasets
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What Will Help You Stand Out

  • Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
  • Experience with customer reporting or KPI development
  • Exposure to automation or reporting optimization projects
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity about data driven decision making
