We are looking for a Bilingual Senior Account Executive to help with our continued growth and contribute to our future.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of building relationships, closing strategic deals, and expanding our presence in the financial services sector. Reporting to the Sales Director, other highlights include:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth from financial institutions and key partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at client and partner organizations to deepen account penetration and uncover new opportunities.
- Lead complex sales processes from origination to close, including presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and business case development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, IT, Operations, and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs and market opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth client needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions that integrate our legal search, registration, and API offerings.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews, pipeline forecasts, and partner engagement plans to ensure alignment with targets and goals.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in a related field.
- Fluent in French & English.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing and developing accounts, with a strong track record in business development and direct sales.
- Deep understanding of legal search & registration services, AML/KYC regulations, and the financial services industry (experience with PPSA, Corporate Registry, Land Registry, leasing, and lending is an asset).
- Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and understand long-term business strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- Skilled at building deep client relationships and engaging stakeholders with compelling solutions.
- Self-starter who takes full ownership of sales strategies, targets, and client success with minimal supervision.

- Brings deep knowledge of the financial services ecosystem and can identify gaps, trends, and growth opportunities.
Please note: In Toronto, this position will be required to work a hybrid work arrangement consisting of in-office and remote work.
