We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Information Technology Team. Reporting to the Team Lead, Business Analytics, this role is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office per week.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with business units to build and manage a prioritized backlog of analytics needs
• Act as a liaison between business and IT to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop use cases, user stories, and system specifications
• Identify trends and anomalies to support forecasting and planning
• Maintain and optimize data pipelines and reporting processes
• Develop and enforce data governance standards
• Document data definitions and methodologies
• Design and execute SQL queries across multiple data sources
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field. Microsoft Data certifications are an asset
• 5+ years in a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong SQL skills, including complex joins and performance tuning
• Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL)
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL, and governance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical audiences
• Exposure to machine learning is a plus
