Role overview

As Operto’s Demand Generation Manager, you'll be a key driver of our growth strategy, sitting at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product. Reporting to the General Manager, STaR, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners to build and execute campaigns that fuel our pipeline and accelerate our mission to transform the hospitality industry. This is a hybrid role having Monday, Tuesday and Thursday as in office anchor days.

Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate campaigns across paid media, email, events, content, GEO and social, ensuring they work as a system, not silos
  • Collaborate closely with sales to align on lead generation goals, operationalize handoff processes, and ensure leads are converted into new opportunities in a timely manner
  • Collaborate closely with finance and sales to analyze campaign performance and utilize data-driven insights to optimize and improve ROI, focusing on metrics that drive revenue
  • Design multi-touch, omnichannel demand generation programs that move buyers from awareness to pipeline
  • Lead the development and execution of content marketing and multichannel campaign strategies that drive demand direct to Operto products and services
  • Support development of marketing assets including landing pages, campaign graphics, promotional materials, and event materials
  • Maintain and update key marketing assets including sales decks, product one-pagers, and campaign materials to support demand generation initiatives
  • Own lifecycle marketing strategy across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention stages

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience in a B2B SaaS capacity
  • Experience developing integrated demand generation strategies across the full customer lifecycle, identifying the right tactics for each stage of the journey (awareness, consideration, decision, retention) and creating systematic approaches rather than isolated, channel-specific campaigns
  • Proven experience scaling the demand generation discipline at a series A/B startup
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM software, specifically Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, track performance metrics, and optimize marketing programs
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration
  • Adaptability to learn new platforms and data analysis methods

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to geographic locations, job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs.

CAD: $85,000 annually
