Job Summary:

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Associate is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of activities for the Quality Department, in addition to coordinating with other quality groups and departments.

Salary Range: 50,000 - 55,000 annually.

Duties include:

• Collecting, reviewing, and filing documentation for batch production and quality systems
• Working with Operations employees to correct documentation or address document deficiencies
• Preparing batches for final release and completing batch release procedures
• Drafting, reviewing, and editing standard operating procedures
• Carefully maintaining digital and paper records of the Quality Department
• Inspecting and releasing incoming materials
• Performing product final release inspections
• Preparing samples, documentation, and coordinating shipping with Supply Chain team and external vendors
• Conducting non-conformance and corrective action investigations
• Contributing to the overall goals of the Quality Department by engaging in project discussions and group troubleshooting
• Assisting the Operations Department as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in a regulated production environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
• Clear written communication skills
• Ability to work productively in a team environment
• Demonstrates initiative and consistently completes routine tasks independently
• Familiarity with quality management systems is an asset
