  • Ensure regular monitoring of operations, deliveries, and pickups via the computer system in order to have real-time status updates of drivers’ actions in the field

  • Update various pieces of information in the computer system (TruckMate and Isaac)

  • Effectively manage unexpected operational issues

  • Communicate smoothly with drivers and clients

  • Collaborate with various operational departments

  • If needed, plan routes and schedules according to operations using the computer system, while ensuring compliance with driver hours-of-service regulations and operational constraints

  • Perform any other related tasks

  • 3 weeks of vacation starting May 1st following your hiring

Interested? If you meet the requirements below, feel free to apply!

  • Diploma in Logisitics or Operations or equivalent experience ;
  • up to 2 years of experience in dispatching LTL freights ;
  • Knowledge in Truckmate ;
  • Strong organizational skills and multitask ;
  • Sense of priority, rigor and teamwork ;
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively ;
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions ;
  • Strong logicial skills and making sure the freight are moving constantly ;
  • Knowledge of road transport laws and regulations (Bill 430) ;
  • Knowledge of ISAAC (asset) ;
