Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist & Creative Lead to architect and execute integrated digital marketing strategies while directing the production of corporate visual communications. This highly specialized hybrid role combines capital markets storytelling with advanced multi-medium content production. A core objective of this position is the translation of extremely complex business models, highly technical engineering data, and scientific/resource sector concepts into clear, engaging, and easily comprehensible narratives designed specifically for retail investors. The successful candidate must possess an elite structural understanding of graphic design, professional motion graphics, and advanced post-production ecosystems to distill dense corporate data into digestible, high-impact public market campaigns. This position is based on-site in Pemberton, British Columbia, and requires regular travel to remote project locations in variable terrain. Key Responsibilities Retail Investor Narrative Translation: Deconstruct complex corporate operations, scientific data, and highly technical business models into clear, transparent, and compelling visual content that bridges the gap between institutional technicalities and retail investor comprehension. Strategic Public Market Communications: Direct the development and implementation of integrated communication and digital marketing strategies specifically for publicly traded entities in the advanced science, infrastructure, and resource sectors. Cinematic & Investor-Facing Video Content: Direct, produce, storyboard, and edit high-impact corporate films, investor presentation videos, and branded digital assets designed to drive retail investor confidence and capital formation. Advanced Motion Design & Typography: Conceptualize and execute high-level 2D kinetic typography, custom motion graphics, and 3D animations to visually simplify dense financial metrics, flowcharts, and complex geological data. Interactive Data & Graphic Design: Build 3D, real-time, and explorable data environments from raw scientific datasets to optimize visual retention for public audiences. Apply a rigorous understanding of graphic design principles to ensure layout and typography maintain corporate branding integrity. Agile Creative Project Management: Utilize a high-level operational understanding of ClickUp to manage complex asset production pipelines, content calendars, cross-functional sprints, and deliverable timelines across multiple stakeholder accounts. Advanced Field Production: Conduct pre-production planning, remote location scouting, safety planning, and logistics coordination for remote filming. Transport and operate professional cinema, aerial, and audio equipment in rugged, outdoor environments. Mandatory Qualifications & Experience Retail Market Communications Expertise: Documented track record of developing narrative frameworks and investor-facing video content specifically targeted at educating, engaging, and elevating market perception among retail investors for publicly traded companies. Education: Formal advanced secondary education in Economics, Business, Geography, or a related discipline combining technical data comprehension with market principles. Combined Professional Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of progressive, cross-functional experience intersecting corporate operations, infrastructure/resource communications, and cinematic digital media. Technical Suite Mastery: Expert-level mastery of the post-production pipeline, with advanced, day-one proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve Studio (including advanced color grading, 3D animation workspace, and motion tracking). Pre-Visualisation & Layout: Proven expertise in professional storyboarding and structural graphic design to rapidly prototype complex campaign concepts before physical production begins. Workflow Operations: High-level, proficient understanding of ClickUp (or equivalent advanced enterprise project management software) to orchestrate collaborative creative workflows between executives, engineers, and creative teams. Remote Field Competency: Ability to safely transport and operate professional cinema production equipment in physically demanding, isolated outdoor locations and variable terrain for extended periods. Working Conditions Full-time on-site position in Pemberton, BC. Regular travel to remote locations. Outdoor work in variable terrain and weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry professional production equipment over uneven terrain for extended periods.
