We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and people-first leader to take our Oral Appliance Program to the next level. As ourDirector,Oral Appliance Program, you’ll lead the charge in shaping how we deliver life-changing sleep solutions across the country. From snoring solutions to obstructive sleep apnea care, you’ll help transform restless nights into better lives.

What you’ll be doing:

-**Lead the program nationally:**Own the success, growth, and performance of our Oral Appliance Program across Canada -**Drive results:**Boost clinic adoption, patient conversion, and overall program performance -**Be the expert:**Guide teams on oral appliance therapy, clinical pathways, and training initiatives -**Build and lead a top-tier team:**Hire, coach, and inspire a high-performing group that thrives on accountability and continuous improvement -**Own key relationships:**Partner with dental providers and vendors to ensure seamless, high-quality care -**Collaborate cross-functionally:**Work closely with operations, leadership, and support teams to align strategy and execution -**Spot opportunities:**Identify ways to scale, improve, and innovate the program -**Stay compliant:**Ensure everything meets regulatory and accreditation standards -**Keep an eye on the numbers:**Manage budgets, analyze performance data, and report insights to senior leadership

What you bring:

• Background in sleep health, respiratory therapy, or dental fields (RPSGT, CPSGT, RRT, Dental Hygienist, or similar)
• 3+ years in multi-site healthcare leadership with proven results
• Strong analytical mindset—you love turning data into action
• Excellent communicator who can influence, present, and lead change
• Highly organized with strong planning and project management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Solid understanding of Canadian healthcare standards and regulations
• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office and beyond)
