This position is part of BRP's SAP Center of Expertise (CoE), a cross-functional team of technical and business process experts. The SAP CoE drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and support functions to ensure a shared understanding of the end-to-end solution and its seamless integration within the ecosystems
Support the design and delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring they are scalable, sustainable, and meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—project managers, team leads, architects, and subject matter experts—to assess and estimate the effort required for delivering projects, enhancements, and issue resolutions.
Proactively identify and manage solution gaps, driving resolution through structured analysis and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery
Oversee the execution of key initiatives, including full lifecycle project delivery and continuous improvement efforts, with hands-on involvement in solution design, system configuration, functional and integration testing, and deployment.
Ensure solution integrity by validating that business requirements, high-level designs, and system specifications are accurately translated into delivered functionalities and key features.
Identifies, manages and addresses the gaps between the requirements and solution being delivered until they are resolved.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
University degree or equivalent by experience
8 years+ years' experience in full life-cycle implementation of SAPSupply Chain Planning, Sales and Logistics solutions.
Good knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S4 HANA,(FICO/MM/SD/PP/EWM/TM, IBP, etc) solutions and processes
Proven experience in leading cross-functional SAP projects and delivering integrated solutions in complex enterprise environments
Strong understanding of SAP architecture, data flows, and integration points with non-SAP systems
Excellent skills in solution design, problem-solving, and process optimization.
Comfortable operating in a multi-time zone environment and participating in escalations for critical incidents
Experience working with third-party integrations with SAP
High-level experience with cutover, go-live and data migration
Experience in scaled agile environment (e.g SAFe, LeSS)
Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities
You’re able to work in English (written and oral)
