Secondment/Contract: Duration up to 12 months
Do you see yourself as an advisor, providing insightful expertise on Supply Chain operations and projects? Reporting to the Manager, LCBO Convenience Outlets, you will support the grocery channel by developing and reporting on measurements that guide and improve sales and process improvements. You will provide technical leadership and support to departmental staff and project teams using analytical tools and methodologies. You will contribute to this evolving and growing area of our wholesale business.

About The Role
- Provide analytical and reporting assistance to the department and senior management and external parties (i.e. government)
- Build relationships with customers and suppliers to facilitate the understanding and resolution of inquiries, and maintaining program compliance, while providing extraordinary customer service
- Onboard and register new customers and stores and provide training
- Provide support to operationalize policies, create user manuals, and document processes
- Provide guidance, training, and support to the Business to Business (B2B) Service Representatives
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades and enhancements, and issue identification and resolution
About You
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience within a Supply Chain environment, with expertise in Program Compliance activities, functions, processes, concepts, and legislation
- Collaborative team member to achieve deadlines
- Excellent reporting skills of complex analysis methodology to provide in-depth analyses and to make recommendations
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and query tools, MS Power BI and Access
- Experience with Micro Strategy is an asset
- Strong leadership, managerial, organization, and problem-solving skills are necessary
