What we’re looking for

• Operate light trucks and cube vans to pick up and deliver various products over established routes (Route #1 between CenterLine facilities, Route #2 throughout Windsor/Essex County, and Route #3 Michigan within an hour radius from Windsor).

• Operate vehicle in a safe manner, obeying all laws and safety rules.

• Loading and unloading products in a safe manner, using appropriate aids (dollies, forklifts, lifting, etc.).

• Perform timely inspections of loads during all phases of truck / travel operation.

• Review and verify all load-related documentation to ensure its validity, accuracy and completeness.

• Log information on pickups and deliveries, vehicle maintenance and mileage, and any incidents encountered during operations, daily.

• Effective oral and written communication.

What you need to succeed

• High School diploma required

• Class 'G' License required

• Clean Driver's abstract required

• Ability to lift to 40lbs required

• Ability to travel across the U.S. border required

• Willingness to collaborate effectively with multiple shipping & receiving departments and co-workers to achieve pickup/delivery schedules and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

• Sound organizational and time management skills.

• Basic computer skills (email).

• Forklift license and operational experience an asset.

• Possession of a ‘Fast Card’, an asset
