About the role
Join Our Team as a Care Coordinator
Do you have a heart for seniors and the skills and finesse to make a real difference in their lives and the lives of their families?
We’re looking for an experienced nurse or occupational therapist who understands not only the medical and care needs of aging adults, but also the importance of compassion, trust, and family support.
As a Care Coordinator with our concierge caregiving team, you’ll play a key role in:
Getting to know each client and assessing their unique care needs
Guiding and mentoring the PSWs who provide day-to-day support
Walking alongside families, offering advice, reassurance, and a steady hand as they navigate the challenges of caring for a loved one
This job is non-medical, and although your clinical expertise will be invaluable, if any clinical tasks are needed, your responsibilities in this area will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to bring comfort, dignity, and peace of mind to seniors and the people who love them.
If you’re ready to use your expertise to make a personal impact, we’d love to meet you.
We can offer flexible hours and work-life balance, and a competitive salary.
Send your cover letter and resume to David Bernstein, David@Caregiverservices.ca
