About the role

The primary point of contact for completion of customer requested pre-qualifications and vendor information questionnaires. Assume responsibility for completion and timely submittal of basic proposals to include Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) service bids and Transportation and Disposal bids. Supports Proposal Group with the completion of pre-qualification/H&S information requests for inclusion into large, complex bid submittals. Supports the Corporate Proposals Department with clerical tasks such as coordinating officer signatures, corporate seals, data management of common drive.

Responsibilities

  • Complete customer/vendor prequalification questionnaires to include Health and Safety, EEO and Financial requests.
  • Complete basic HHW and T&D bids requests from customers. Ensure timely completion and delivery of pricing and technical boiler plate proposals to customer in compliant manner
  • Complete customer/vendor prequalification questionnaires in support of larger bid opportunities for Proposal Managers to include Health and Safety, EEO and Financial requests.
  • Update company boiler plate and statistics data required by routine pre-qualifications and environmental / industrial service bids.
  • Provide clerical support functions for the Corporate Proposals Department. Tasks include: securing signatures and notary certificates from company officers, ensure proper filing protocols for share point files on new bid requests from the field, ordering supplies for office use.

Qualifications

  • Must have 1 - 3 years' experience in a similar role (Legal, Administrative, Procurement)
  • Strong attention to details
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be proficient in MS applications - word, outlook, excel
