The Organization
Based in the progressive Guildford area of Surrey, the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB) is an association of over 5,100 real estate professionals who live and work in the BC communities of North Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Abbotsford, and Mission. The FVREB marked its 100-year anniversary in 2021.
The FVREB is small enough to be nimble and bold, yet large enough to be able to make a difference. The IDEAL Candidate
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences? Join our newly branded Member Services team as a Member Experience Agent, where you'll play a key role in supporting our members and ensuring the smooth processing of membership and property transactions. It goes without saying that you’re a great team player who works well collaboratively and have a high level of personal and professional integrity.
What You’ll Do
This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape the role as the department evolves. You’ll work across multiple databases, including the MLS® system, and be a key point of contact for members—whether in person, by phone, or online—to offer timely and accurate processing of membership/property transactions.
Champion Member Engagement: Listen actively to member feedback and respond with professionalism and empathy.
Deliver Operational Excellence: Streamline service delivery processes to improve efficiency and responsiveness, while also ensuring data compliance with board rules and privacy legislation.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal departments to ensure a seamless member experience; which includes providing Reception relief and responding diplomatically to inquiries, comments and complaints.
Support Innovation: Embrace new technologies and contribute to forward-thinking solutions.

What You’ll Need:

Proficiency in data entry and validation across multiple platforms.
-
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving processes and workflows.
-
Proactive in identifying and offering feedback on process improvements and system enhancements
-
Experience with MLS® or similar real estate databases is an asset.
-
Familiarity with privacy legislation while using document management systems and CRM tools.
-
Ability to resolve member issues efficiently and effectively.
-
Understanding of real estate terminology and practices, and/or awareness of compliance requirements (i.e. BCFSA regulations) would be a definite asset.
