As our Customer Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping ensure our financing process stays organized and efficient. From coordinating follow-ups to maintaining accurate records, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, positive customer experience. This position provides hands-on administrative experience in a supportive environment, while giving you room to grow and advance your career.
Compensation: $17.50–$19.90 per hour, based on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to customers who apply for financing online through phone, text, and email
- Collect information, request documents, and keep our CRM system up to date
- Stay on top of follow-ups with easy-to-use task guides
- Hand off customers to our Special Finance Managers once details are complete
- Deliver excellent service as the first point of contact, making every interaction count

- Clear and professional communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Confidence using computer systems (CRM and Microsoft Office)
- An energetic, organized, and professional approach
