We are presently seeking an Operations Manager that will lead and optimize end-to-end manufacturing operations, including Production, Planning, Logistics, and Procurement. This role plays a critical part in delivering operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the value chain.
Main Responsbilities
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery targets are met or exceeded. Drive continuous improvement, workforce engagement, and equipment reliability.
- Lead the site’s planning functions, including master scheduling, capacity planning, and materials requirements planning (MRP). Ensure alignment between customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely flow of goods. Optimize warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and transportation efficiency while reducing costs.
- Direct local sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities in coordination with Corporate Procurement. Ensure continuity of supply, cost competitiveness, and supplier performance.
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams to align operations with business objectives and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with exposure to planning, logistics, and procurement
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP), and supply chain best practices
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
