We’re basically the Avengers of HVAC & Refrigeration. But right now, we’re missing a Business Development Representative —ourDeal-Closing Superhero, ourContract Whisperer, ourMaster of “Let’s Talk Numbers.”

#WHAT YOU’LL DO (HERO MODE ACTIVATED):
-Hunt down new clientswith the enthusiasm of a golden retriever spotting a tennis ball.
- Closecontractsso effortlessly people will wonder if you’re using sorcery.
- Hit sales targets so hard they file HR complaints.
- Cook up strategic sales plans with the Sales Leaders like you’re Gordon Ramsay in a boardroom.
- Analyze markets and competitors with the intensity of someone who reads mystery novels andalwaysguesses the killer.
- Network like a pro — you’ll basically become a mobile, charismatic human magnet.
- Craft proposals so shiny they require sunglasses.
- Present to clients with charm levels approaching dangerous.
- Negotiate like you’re haggling for your life at a medieval village market.
- Support Gateway's revenue and market domination strategies
- Keep the CRM pristine — like, Marie-Kondo-level pristine.
- Represent Gateway at events with the confidence of someone who definitely did not rehearse their introduction in the parking lot.
- Travel your region spreading HVAC joy and BD brilliance.
#**✅**WHAT YOU BRING (OTHER THAN YOUR SPARKLING PERSONALITY):
-3+ Years Experience in the Mechanical Contracting world— you know the players, the projects, the lingo, the timelines, the chaos in Saskatchewan.
- Proven success sellingservice contract programs & mechanical construction. -5+ yearsof business development brilliance.
- A history of prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals like it’s a competitive sport.
- HVAC / mechanical education or certification = bonus points.
- Unshakeable organization skills (you probably alphabetize your snacks).
- Communication abilities so good people ask you to “say that again.”

Attending to 40,000+ service calls per year from 21 locations, Gateway is the largest HVAC & Refrigeration maintenance and installation provider in Western Canada.
Our model is comprised of local teams with fully qualified personnel representing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing/gas fitting, sheet metal and electrical trades.
These teams are supported by centers of excellence including professional engineers and project managers which ensures Gateway's full technical capability is available for every project and service call.
