About the role
We are hiring experienced restaurant/QSR managers ready to grow into a General Manager role. Candidates must have at least 2 years of restaurant/QSR management experience in Canada and be legally eligible to work here.
Key Responsibilities (GMIT progressing to GM)
As a GMIT, you’ll learn and gradually assume responsibility for all aspects of running a Domino’s restaurant:
- Oversee day-to-day operations — opening/closing, service quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
- Assist in managing labor and food costs, monitor waste, and control inventory
- Participate in vendor ordering, receiving, and supplier relationship management
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, mentor, and evaluate staff
- Develop team schedules, manage shift coverage, and adjust staffing based on demand
- Lead by example — coaching staff to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Handle customer issues with effective service recovery to maintain guest satisfaction
- Manage administrative tasks including payroll, deposits, POS reports, cash balancing, and daily paperwork
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs and performance metrics, making improvements where needed
- Plan and support local marketing, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
- Progressively assume P&L accountability, budgeting, and forecasting responsibilities as training is completed

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant/QSR management experience
- Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills
- Hands-on operational mindset — willing to be on the floor with the team
- Knowledge of scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Legally eligible to work in Canada, with prior Canadian work experience
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
