We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our automotive dealership parts department. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, inventory management expertise, and a proven track record in driving parts sales and profitability. Experience with the Honda brand is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, stocking, and obsolescence control
• Support the service department by ensuring timely parts availability
• Drive retail and wholesale parts sales while maintaining strong profit margins
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and vendors
• Supervise, train, and develop parts department staff
• Ensure excellent customer service for both internal and external clients
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and implement performance improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive parts experience (dealership experience required)
• Honda dealership or Honda parts experience preferred
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of parts inventory systems (PBS, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
