IT Operations & Systems Analyst
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support & ERP Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting and improving our ERP systems while providing high-quality IT support across the organization. The key responsibilities and how you will make an impact:
- Support and lead ERP-related initiatives and projects
- Collaborate on troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Provide timely IT Helpdesk and end-user support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring tickets are resolved efficiently.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune) and Windows-based environments.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and security issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Escalate complex issues with detailed reports for further investigation and resolution.
- Identifying the root cause of problems and proposing solutions to prevent recurrence.
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Experience with ERP systems is a must; experience working with ERPs such as Acumatica, NetSuite, Epicor, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly valued.
- IT related education or experience (e.g. IT certification or diploma in an IT related field)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), and Intune.
- Hands-on experience with system and platform integrations, along with strong database management skills, is required.
- Background in logistics and e-commerce is a plus.
- Strong cybersecurity knowledge.
- Familiarity with VoIP solutions (RingCentral or equivalent).
- Understanding of networking concepts and remote access tools (VPN, Remote Desktop).
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quick resolution and preventive strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to maintain smooth IT operations.
Soft Skills:
- Problem-solving and critical analysis
- Clear and effective communication with users at different levels
- Organization and task prioritization in a dynamic environment
- Teamwork and collaboration with other IT areas
