Tasks
- Perform full bookkeeping in QuickBooks.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Verify and validate cash inflows and outflows.
- Process and validate purchases.
- Prepare and transmit necessary documents to the external accounting firm.
- Issue weekly checks (reimbursements and payments).
- Produce a monthly financial report.
- Carry out any other accounting and administrative tasks required by the organization.
