Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Manages a high number of outbound calls (approximately 80-120 calls per day) to provide customers with information regarding service cycle and outstanding campaigns
-
Creates, modifies, and cancels service appointments via phone, email, and text.
-
Reviews customer file for service needs, warranty, outstanding recalls, or campaigns and books the required appointment.
-
Must be comfortable switching between different systems and multitasking throughout the day
-
Completes detailed notes in appointment sections after each appointment.

Providing customers with positive experiences through excellent service
-
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven, high-volume environment
-
Working with multiple software applications and spreadsheets
-
Stay updated on process changes with assigned dealerships
-
Maintaining an updated customer database
-
This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Strong time management skills, self-motivated, and detail oriented
-
Professional, confident, and passionate about supporting our guests.
-
Multi-tasker who can manage priorities, meet deadlines and work efficiently despite call volumes from clients and staff.
-
A second language would be an asset but not a requirement.
-
Must be able to work in an active, social atmosphere without being distracted.
-
Demonstrate strong computer skills – MS Word and Excel.
-
Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
-
Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
-
Completed high school education, or equivalent work experience.
