As an intern at StandardAero, you will gain hands-on industry experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with our teams that raise the standard of excellence.
What you’ll do:
- Provides basic support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support.
- Gathers and analyzes information about the user’s issue and determines the best way to resolve their problem
- Provides technical assistance to system users, ensures positive customer experience, and promotes customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for answering and triaging Service Desk calls and Jira tickets and documenting troubleshooting steps and resolution accordingly.
- Diagnoses system hardware, software, and application problems based on knowledge of system operations.
- Coordinates the repairs to any personal computer and/or peripherals with major manufacturers/suppliers ensuring warranty provisions apply.
- Assists in maintaining software library of all company-owned personal computer-based software, ensuring compliance with all software licenses and copyright laws.
What skills you’ll need:
- Enrolment in post-secondary studies in related field. Organizational, analytical, decision making, oral and written communication skills.

- Strong self-motivation and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high pace environment.

These two divisions represent the core strengths of StandardAero, our exhaustive engine maintenance, repair and overhaul services capabilities and our significant portfolio of component repair services for business aviation, commercial aviation, military, fixed wing, helicopter and industrial power customers.
