Overview

We are a global aviation media company specializing in premium airline advertising solutions. By cultivating strategic partnerships with innovative air carriers, we connect major brands with millions of travelers through immersive in-flight entertainment systems, seatback advertising, boarding passes, print publications, and experiential product sampling campaigns.
In this role, you will join our dynamic Canadian sales team with a sharp focus on expanding our media portfolio across key Canadian airline assets. This is a highly proactive, outbound business development position designed for a true sales champion who loves prospecting, pitching, and negotiating directly with decision-makers to expand our presence in the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying, cold-calling, and developing strong relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and corporate brands across Canada Executing a high volume of strategic outbound activities via phone, email, LinkedIn, and professional networking Presenting and pitching tailored advertising opportunities across our exclusive Canadian airline media assets Building, qualifying, and meticulously maintaining a robust pipeline of high-value advertising opportunities Driving the entire sales cycle, negotiating contract terms and successfully closing new and recurring advertising partnerships to exceed revenue goals Partnering smoothly with internal account management, design, and operations teams to hand off won accounts for seamless campaign execution Maintaining highly accurate sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline reporting while staying sharp on media industry trends and competitor landscapes
Must-Have Requirements
5+ years of dedicated sales experience with a documented history of generating new business and hitting aggressive revenue targets Previous experience in media, advertising, marketing, corporate sponsorship, or closely related fields Direct experience successfully selling to advertising agencies, media buyers, or enterprise-level corporate brands Elite prospecting, cold-calling, negotiation, and closing skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to pitch senior-level stakeholders and executive decision-makers Highly self-motivated, resilient, results-oriented, and fully capable of working independently in a 100% remote work environment
Nice-to-Have Requirements
Prior experience in airline media, aviation advertising, or In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) sales An active, pre-existing network of relationships within the Canadian media and advertising ecosystem Experience selling corporate sponsorships, specialized media placements, or experiential marketing campaigns
