About the role

The Opportunity We are investing in Groups & Events as a strategic growth area. This role will be critical in shaping the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our solutions in this space. We’re looking for someone who combines product marketing expertise with a product mindset: a leader who understands customer needs, translates them into market strategies, and partners across the organization to influence both product direction and client adoption.

What You’ll Do Define market positioning and messaging for Encore’s Groups & Events solutions, ensuring clear articulation of our unique value.

Develop go-to-market strategies for new offerings, service enhancements, and integrated solutions.

Conduct customer and market research to uncover needs, trends, and opportunities that inform both marketing strategy and product direction.

Enable sales and client success teams with compelling narratives, tools, and training that drive engagement and growth.

Partner closely with product leadership to shape priorities and ensure the roadmap aligns with client and market demand.

Create thought leadership and demand-generation content (case studies, playbooks, presentations) to position Encore as a leader in Groups & Events.

Measure impact of marketing and product initiatives on pipeline, client adoption, and overall business outcomes.

Expand scope over time, with the opportunity to take on broader product leadership responsibilities as the role evolves.

  • Proven ability to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to drive both vision and detail.
