About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with 8+ years of healthcare project management experience to lead physician engagement for Pb4P (Pay for Performance) digital health initiatives. Our ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Ontario's primary care, referral systems, and healthcare ecosystem, with proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder clinical engagement across product teams, change management, communications, and regional delivery partners. They will drive end-to-end project execution from scope definition through adoption measurement, ensuring clinical perspectives shape design, rollout, and continuous improvement of provincial digital health tools.
This leadership role requires executive-level communication, relationship management with clinical champions, and strategic alignment of engagement activities with integrated Pb4P timelines. The Project Manager must translate clinician feedback into actionable product insights while monitoring risks, reporting progress through governance structures, and fostering trust through transparent two-way dialogue with physician leaders across Ontario.
What You'll Do
Lead physician engagement and clinical tables for Pb4P digital health initiatives.
Must Haves (8+ years):
- Project management experience in healthcare settings.
- Understanding of primary care and referral systems across Ontario.
- Relationship building and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex engagement projects (scope, planning, timelines, risks, reporting).
- Align physician engagement with product/change/communications/deployment timelines.
- Monitor/report engagement milestones, risks, issues through Pb4P governance.
- Support change management/customer experience for tool readiness/adoption.
- Translate clinician feedback into product enhancements/workflow design.
- Develop stakeholder maps/engagement strategies for clinical tables.
- Manage planning/delivery of physician engagement aligned with partner principles.
Evaluation Criteria
Strong PM Experience (40 Points): Large, complex projects in cross-functional structures.
Ontario Healthcare Knowledge (30 Points): Primary care, referrals, digital health ecosystem.
Communication Skills (15 Points): Executive/clinical champion presentations.
Stakeholder Management (15 Points): Internal/external partner relationship management.
Position Details
- Location: 525 University Avenue, Toronto (Hybrid: Up to 5 days onsite, HM discretion)
- Hours: 7.25 hours per day (5 days)
- Security Clearance: Not specified
- Start Date: March 16, 2026
- End Date: September 16, 2026 (extension possible for unused business days)
- Public Sector Experience: Required
- Note: Ontario-only access for Agency systems/equipment.
