Job Description Summary

As Senior Program Associate, you are responsible for guiding and supporting the delivery of goals, milestones, and related operational activities to drive results forward for the Product Management Division. Working closely with the Product Management team, you will provide project and program management oversight in planning, coordinating, documenting, and executing the team’s tactical operations. Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute towards growth across STEMCELL’s numerous product portfolio(s) by: i) analyzing and reporting progress of product and customer-focused program goals; and ii) providing input on the methods, processes, and system enhancements required to achieve the program goals, including designing tools and templates for reporting
  • Manage, coordinate, and administer the program’s day-to-day operational activities including process implementation, change management, quality assurance, data management, and risk management
  • Plan and coordinate agenda items for recurring program/project team meetings, including scheduling and recording of minutes
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain assigned program/project documentation according to company standards and best practices
  • Report on assigned program/project progress, potential risks and gaps, opportunities for improvement, mitigation, and contingency plans

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • BSc with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated track record of coordinating and implementing processes and projects
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and gain the cooperation of others across functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$71,200.00 - $96,400.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
