Effective dates of TA position:
Start: August 17, 2026
End: December 18, 2026
Responsibilities may include:
- Marking and grading.
- Preparing course materials.
- Assisting students’ learning.
- Leading discussing.
- Project supervision.
- Providing feedback to students on presentations and/or coursework.
- Attending classes (Thursday & Thursday, 11:35 AM - 02:25 PM).
Qualifications required:

Must be a graduate (master’s or PhD) student enrolled in a graduate program at McGill University for the Fall 2026 term.

Familiarity with course content.

Must be available to attend classes (Thursday & Thursday, 11:35 AM - 02:25 PM).

English, spoken and written.

French, spoken and written, is an asset.

Previously having taken a course in science teaching methods is an asset.

Experience with inquiry-based learning is an asset.
Familiarity with the Quebec Education Program, and science competencies is an asset.
