###Your day-to-day
- Act as the nexus for all points of in-store audio production, including client management, scripting, voice talent management, mixing, and delivery
- Report to the Ad Production Team Lead to establish priorities, provide project updates and departmental reporting
- Work closely with our Sales, Music Design, Ad Ops, and Account Management teams to maximize inter-departmental efficiency
- Develop a profound understanding of the relevant brands and advertisers to align with their brand DNA and marketing strategies
- Meet tight deadlines and effectively manage overlapping priorities
- Provide both internal and external departmental reporting as required
- Manage relationships with internal and external voice talents, including timeline expectations, rush recordings, and rate negotiations
- Provide scripts in both ENG and FR for in-store audio messages and in-store audio advertising
- Proofread and quality check all scripting material and audio productions to uphold quality standards
- Create work orders and ensure proper billing on relevant projects
- Schedule in-store advertisements to favor playouts as per client requirements
- Leverage AI for efficiency where needed, including developing new AI strategies
- Adhere to and help to develop revenue strategies for both our in-store messaging and advertising services
- Act as a departmental ambassador, capable of detailing the strength and quality of our service to prospective clients as well as internal stakeholders
###Your qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Talent for adapting tone and style to different brands
- Impeccable written and oral communication in English and advanced knowledge of French (Spanish an asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Salesforce an asset)
- Understanding of internal and external stakeholder needs and priority management
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and understand business objectives
- Ability to receive constructive criticism and communicate clearly, tactfully, and calmly
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with others
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
