Lead Client Success Manager

As a Lead Client Success Manager reporting to the AVP, Client Success Manager you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients optimally utilize Nasdaq's world-leading platforms and services to achieve their desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align Nasdaq FinTech services with client strategies by coordinating efforts across teams and addressing key challenges to mitigate risks and drive value.

  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Client Delivery, Support, and Engineering to proactively manage client engagements and satisfaction.

  • Lead strategic client interactions, including executive meetings and business reviews, to monitor progress, resolve escalations, and uncover new sales opportunities.

  • Promote Nasdaq’s engagement model across assigned accounts, ensuring consistent adoption and accelerating upsell and cross-functional growth opportunities.

  • Continuously improve client success outcomes by understanding client goals, enhancing service delivery, and driving measurable improvements in satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in client-facing roles with over 8 years in Client Success, Account Management, or Professional Services within SaaS or consulting, particularly in capital markets or regulatory industries.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including fluency in English (and other languages as needed), with the ability to engage C-level clients and build consensus across teams.

  • Proficient in client success and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Planhat, Gainsight, PowerBi, and ChurnZero, with a solid understanding of software development life cycles.

  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality client service.

  • Self-motivated and collaborative with strong business acumen, a proactive approach, and a dedication to driving client satisfaction and long-term success.

This position will be located in Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
