A day in the life…
As a Toyota Parts Advisor, you are the dealership’s front-line connection for both customers and the service team. A typical day begins by greeting walk-in customers and answering phone inquiries, ensuring each interaction reflects professionalism and care. You’ll assist with parts sales and customer relations, helping clients find the right parts and accessories for their vehicles while providing knowledgeable recommendations.
Throughout the day, you’ll handle internal and external service requests, working closely with technicians to ensure the service department has the correct parts on hand for repairs and maintenance. When challenges or concerns arise, you’ll address them promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Behind the counter, you’ll also manage administrative tasks such as processing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing billing documents. Success in this role requires a high degree of accuracy, sound judgment, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to balance customer service with operational efficiency.
What we look for…
- CDK experience is an asset.
- We require a valid provincial driver’s license and a positive can-do attitude!
