Hertz Northern Bus is looking for new and experienced School Bus Drivers. If you have your S-endorsement, great! If you need help to get your S-endorsement, we will train you for FREE!
What we Offer:

What do School Bus Drivers do?
It's pretty simple, in the morning we pick up school-aged passengers from predetermined locations and then deliver them to school. In the afternoon, we do the exact same thing, just in reverse order; we take them from school back home (once again at predetermined locations).
School Bus Drivers operate Monday - Friday, from September until the end of June - that's right, summers off. Depending upon your specific route, you could work anywhere from 7:00 am - 9:30 am then again in the afternoon from about 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
Who can do this job?
As long as you are a responsible adult and have at least a regular driver's license, we can teach you how...for FREE!

Our goal is to provide the best possible customer service with minimal effort by our clients. We operate as a full-service pupil and staff transfer transportation company. At Hertz Northern Bus we do more than just supply buses/shuttles and drivers. Our company administers all aspects of pupil and staff transfer transportation in a professional, competent, and respectful manner. Besides the provision of school bus and shuttle transportation our services include; selection of equipment, school bus/staff transfer driver recruitment and training, licensing and supervision, managing safety programs, producing routes and maps, ensuring our compliance to all vehicle regulations and licensing, and management of vehicle maintenance and inspection.
We have made it our mission to develop systems, policies and regulations to recruit qualified personnel, with the goal of addressing your client’s transportation requirements. We believe that over the past 42 years we have achieved the goal of providing one of the highest levels of customer service in pupil and staff transportation in Canada, while at the same time requiring minimal input from Board administration.
