EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or successful completion of the Certified Occupation Therapy Assistant (COTA) Career Mobility Program through the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Licensed to provide occupational or physical therapy in the State of Florida.
- Satisfactory completion of an internship in the area of physical therapy. PREFERRED/DESIRED:
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy preferred. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/TRAINING: REQUIRED:
